College to Corporates (“we”, “us”) operates a recruitment and training platform (“C2C Pro”) that connects candidates, staffing vendors and hiring clients. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Candidates: name, email address, mobile number, city, resume/CV, education and employment documents submitted for verification, screening and training records, interview feedback and attendance.
• Vendor and client users: name, work email, mobile number, organisation details, and records of actions performed on the platform.
• Technical data: login timestamps and audit records required to keep the platform secure.

How we use information

• To run the recruitment pipeline: screening, background-document verification, training batches, interviews and offers.
• To send service notifications about your own process — for example screening invitations, interview schedules and reminders — by email and WhatsApp to the contact details you provided.
• To share relevant candidate profiles with the hiring client the candidate is being considered for.
• To meet legal and audit obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to deliver the service: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) for WhatsApp notifications, Zoho ZeptoMail for email delivery, Zoom for online sessions, Amazon Web Services for document storage, and MongoDB Atlas for our database. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the recruitment relationship and any legal record-keeping duties, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
• You may opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us.

Security

Access to personal information is role-restricted, document downloads use expiring signed links, and administrative actions are logged.
